How the attack happens

• Turn OFF Media Auto-Download
  WhatsApp → Settings → Storage & Data → Media Auto-Download → OFF
• Keep your phone updated (Android / iOS)
• Stop auto-adding to unknown groups
  WhatsApp → Privacy → Groups → My Contacts
• Avoid opening unknown PDFs or files
